Returns or Exchanges:
Although extremely rare, shipping items may, unfortunately, become damaged during its transport. If this is the case with you, we need you to take a photo of the damages, email them to email@example.com. Once we assess your case, we will respond with a reasonable resolution. Please note all frozen items cannot be exchanged or seek store credits due to the nature of the product.
Sending Items back for Exchange or Credit:
To return your product for an exchange or store credit, please mail your product back to Doggie Basics.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it’s not tracked.
